THE PICKUP FORMAT

Ehailing drivers are doing very fine when it comes to customer relationship.
From early arrival at ETA to best route to destination, ehailing drivers are unrivaled.
However, users of the ehailing services keep lamenting about the pick up code used by drivers.
Some codes are:
1.Where are you?
2.Can you tell me exactly where you are?
3.Give me a landmark of your pick up.
4.If the road is bad,I am not coming to pick you.
Drivers make this enquiries because a number of riders are not acquainted with using the app.Sometimes a drivers to a pickup, while the passenger is somewhere else
This is painful since the driver will have wasted fuel and time.Hence the enquiries.
On the other hand,While these questions and are necessary and the conditions are car safety, users keep lamenting that those questions are a breach to their safety.
How would they know it is the driver who was booked to pick them is calling?
Can they bank on a driver who gives condition before pick up?
How can they different someone with sinister motive from their ehailing-booked driver.
To strike a balance,it is to be known that while passengers destination is not previewed before the driver starts the trip, the passengers pick up is clearly visible to the driver both in GPS direction and in written form.
Hence it would be a win-win if drivers try adjusting their format to :greetings+drivers introduction+visible location confirmation
E.g “Good morning mrs belle.this is James from Uber.please are you at  no. 53 Gregor street?”
That should help .
Any other suggestions, please let us know.
