When we began, our delivery system operated through a public-transit model. Service providers moved parcels by leveraging buses, cars, and other available transportation as passengers. This approach helped us launch quickly and reach many customers, but it also came with limitations. Because deliveries depended on public transport schedules and movement, service providers had limited control over timing, routing, and overall delivery speed.
Today, we are making that good system even better.
Floot NG is transitioning to a dedicated logistics model powered by delivery motorcycles, bicycles, and other rider-controlled mobility tools. By placing movement directly in the hands of our service providers, we are creating a faster, more predictable, and more reliable delivery experience.
The difference is simple:
Before: Parcel + Passenger Transit = Less control, possible delays
Now: Parcel + Dedicated Rider = Greater control, improved speed, stronger reliability
This evolution strengthens our ability to serve both individuals and businesses while improving parcel safety, accountability, and operational efficiency.
We also recognize that not every aspiring service provider currently owns a bike or bicycle. To ensure that opportunity remains accessible, we are introducing the Floot Fleet Program — an initiative designed to help service providers acquire the tools they need to succeed. Through Floot Fleet, qualified riders will have access to flexible options such as renting or ride-to-own arrangements, allowing them to earn while progressing toward ownership.
